Don Bosco Tech Kenya - Kakuma
Don Bosco Kakuma, established in 1993, is a group of multifaceted TVET training centres operated by the Salesians of Don Bosco in Kakuma Refugee Camp and in Kakuma Town, Turkana County, Kenya. It offers vocational and technical training programmes aimed at empowering youth, women, and men in both refugee and host communities.
These programmes focus on market-driven skills in trades like welding, carpentry, tailoring, and IT, fostering self-reliance and economic opportunities. Rooted in the Salesian ethos, it also integrates pastoral care and community engagement into its mission. For more information, visit https://www.donboscokakuma.org/.
